Gustavo Salmon
SALES AGENT
Gustavo Salmon is a commercial real estate professional serving the Central Texas market. His work is grounded in a deep understanding of how real estate decisions connect to business operations, local economies, and long-term investment goals. Known for his steady approach and practical insight, Gustavo serves as a trusted advisor to clients navigating leasing, acquisitions, and investment opportunities across the region.
In addition to his brokerage experience, Gustavo brings an uncommon level of operational knowledge to his work. For more than 11 years, he has been directly involved in the build-out of industrial warehouse facilities for alcoholic and non-alcoholic consumer packaged goods manufacturers. His hands-on experience includes projects for well-known Central Texas brands such as Austin Eastciders, Twisted X Brewery, and Ranch Rider Spirits. This background gives him a working understanding of production workflows, compliance considerations, infrastructure requirements, and the realities manufacturers face once a lease is signed or a building is purchased.
Gustavo works with a wide range of commercial real estate clients, from business owners seeking the right space to launch or expand operations to investors pursuing opportunities such as industrial assets, retail properties, and 1031 exchanges. While each client’s goals and circumstances are different, his approach remains consistent: listen carefully, provide clear guidance, and advocate for outcomes that support both immediate needs and long-term success. He is known for his thoughtful communication style and for staying closely involved throughout the transaction process, ensuring clients feel informed and supported at every stage.
With extensive experience in industrial real estate, Gustavo is particularly well suited to assist clients looking to establish or scale food and beverage manufacturing facilities. His ability to bridge the gap between real estate strategy and real-world operations allows him to identify spaces that truly function for the businesses that occupy them, not just on paper but in practice.
Outside of work, Gustavo enjoys spending time with his wife and teenage daughter, often traveling across Texas for her volleyball tournaments. He is also an avid hiker, with a particular fondness for the Flatirons in Boulder, Colorado. These pursuits reflect the balance he brings to his professional life: focused, committed, and grounded, with an appreciation for both hard work and time well spent.
Through his role at Jorgenson Real Estate and the Sherwood Realty Group, Gustavo continues to build long-term relationships based on trust, local knowledge, and a genuine commitment to serving his clients’ best interests.
